60 minutes of transformative learning…

…where we’ll help you get your head around the concept of Shareable Justifiable Confidence (SJC).

What does that phrase even mean?  And why does it matter to you?

These and other questions we’ll be answering during this session.  Perhaps most importantly, we’ll show you how ‘SJC’ can enable you and your team to have everything you want, forever.  Specifically, all the:

  • Influence
  • Budget
  • Time
  • Confidence &
  • Opportunities.

Is that even realistic?  And if it is, how can you get from where you are now to a place where everyone in your organisation has SJC in everything you and your team are doing?  That’s a lot to cover 60 minutes, isn’t it?  So how does it work?

Anatomy of the session

During these 60 minutes you’ll be able to:

  1. Assess where you are currently, when it comes to you and your team having justifiable confidence in yourselves, and all your working practices.
  2. Understand how ‘Sharable, Justifiable Confidence’ can secure you the mandate for everything you desire – in practical, everyday terms – so you can decide what changes will be most useful for you.
  3. Understand why IC Teams the world over find it tough to make their confidence shareable  – even when it’s justifiable.  (You’re not alone.  So where does your organisation’s inherited paradigm need a rethink?)
  4. See inside the SJC Model, so you can understand why and how it ‘does what it says on the tin’.  You’ll understand how it can enable you not only to establish unshakeable Justifiable Confidence within your team, but to share it with every one of your organisation’s stakeholder groups.
  5. Identify any practical next steps you want to take, so you can make SJC a reality in your organisation.

The logistics

Locations

We usually run these sessions online, unless you’re in London, UK – in which case you have the option to get everyone together for an in-situ event.  (In-situ events are always better than online.)

If it will work better for you, some people can always dial in to an in-situ event.

Group size

Unsurprisingly, sharable, justifiable confidence can have the greatest impact on larger organisations, so we like to work with a minimum team size of four.  And to keep the session manageable, we like to keep to an upper limit of 12 participants.
