We believe you should have a chance to discover if this course is right for you before you spend a penny on it.
It has 100 minutes of content, and seven exercises (one for each of the seven steps). And to help you decide if it feels like a good fit for you, we’ve selected five of the course’s 32 lectures which you can watch here, for free.
We’ve also given you a brief summary of why we’re covering each topic.
And if you want to discover more about the course, and gain more insight into the other topics we cover, we’ve provided buttons which will take you to the training platform.
Lecture 2
What we cover on the course, and why we cover it.
Lecture 3
So many aspects of Imposter Syndrome result from what employers aren’t acknowledging. Usually because there are cultural blind-spots everyone seems to be missing.
Lecture 9
Many people think Imposter Syndrome is simply a lack of confidence. But is it? Is the solution just a matter of acquiring more confidence, or could it be the type of confidence you need? Is it your confidence’s quantity that’s the issue, or is it time to consider its quality?
Lecture 18
What if one possible source of Imposter Syndrome is that you’ve set the bar too high? That’s not as unlikely as you might think. This lecture explores why you might unconsciously have been doing this.
Lecture 19
Why don’t employees know they’re good enough, or feel able to safely ask for the support they need? What’s going on within organisations’ Internal Communication practices, which leave their staff so uncertain? And why? What if everyone has unwittingly inherited a ‘duty’ to fulfil an unreasonable expectation?
Lecture 22
Often, Imposter Syndrome can lurk where no one thinks to look: in the vocabulary we’ve all inherited from those who came before us. But what if some of that vocabulary were actually doing you more harm than good? This lecture dares to challenge one of those hugely influential inherited ideas, which everyone seems to have accepted without question.
