Anatomy of the session
During these 90 minutes your IC Specialists will be able to:
- Ask questions about anything that’s troubling or annoying them about their current work situation, and discover potential ways of breaking the deadlock(s).
- Assess where they are currently, when it comes to having justifiable confidence in themselves, and all their working practices.
- Understand how ‘Sharable, Justifiable Confidence’ (SJC) can secure the mandate for everything they need – in practical, everyday terms – so they can decide what changes will be most useful for them.
- Understand why IC Teams the world over find it tough to make their confidence shareable – even when it’s justifiable. (Your IC Specialists are not alone. So where does your organisation’s inherited paradigm need a rethink?)
- See inside the SJC Model, so they can understand why and how it ‘does what it says on the tin’. They’ll understand how it can enable them not only to establish unshakeable Justifiable Confidence within the team, but to share it with every one of your organisation’s stakeholder groups.
- Identify any practical next steps they need to take, so they can make SJC a reality in your organisation.
Why is it free? What’s the catch?
You might be forgiven for thinking it all sounds a bit too good to be true. If this session is as great as we’re making it out to be, why is it free? Surely it must either be a bit rubbish. Or a con?
Not at all. It’s simply that we’re making such a bold promise, that we feel it’s appropriate to put our money – rather than yours – where our mouth is.
Or at least to put our time and expertise where our mouth is. Of course we hope you’ll want to work with us afterwards. Perhaps for quite a while.
But the important thing is that your IC Specialists are able to take an informed decision about whether we’re a good ‘fit’ for where they want and need to get to.

Locations
We usually run these sessions online, unless you’re in London, UK – in which case you have the option to get everyone together for an in-situ event. (In-situ events are always better than online.)
If it will work better for you, some people can always dial in to an in-situ event.
Group size
Unsurprisingly, sharable, justifiable confidence can have the greatest impact on larger organisations, so we like to work with a minimum team size of four. And to keep the session manageable, we like to keep to an upper limit of 12 participants.
