A free, transformative 90 minute session…

…where we’ll help you understand:

  1. how and why your organisation’s Internal Communication (IC) practices provide a fertile breeding ground for Impostor Syndrome (IS)
  2. the links between IS, micro-managing and burn out
  3. how ‘Shared Justifiable Confidence’ provides the antidote to all these insidious nasties
  4. how to assess the value of that antidote
  5. the steps you can take to introduce it

Anatomy of the session

During these 90 minutes you’ll gain a ton of insights which will show you how to get to the root causes of IS, and bring them to an end – for good:

  1. The three forms of ‘false-flag’ confidence to which most employees frequently resort, and why they’re all unhealthy – for those individuals and your organisation.
  2. Why almost everyone has unrealistic expectations of themselves (and often of their colleagues)
  3. Why you need to ditch ‘best practice’ and what to replace it with.
  4. The key Internal Communication practices that are likely causing most if not all of the trouble.
  5. How you can redesign them so everyone can Share Justifiable Confidence in every single thing they’re doing at work.
  6. How you can make the business case for these changes.

could this be a good fit for you?

You might be forgiven for thinking it all sounds a bit too good to be true.  If this session is as great as we’re making it out to be, why is it free?

Simple.  We’re making some pretty bold promises, so we feel it’s only fair we put our money – rather than yours – where our mouth is.

Or at least to put our time and expertise where our mouth is.

Of course we hope you’ll want to work with us afterwards.  But the important thing is that you’re able to take an informed decision about whether we’re a good ‘fit’ for where you want to get to.

That’s how our values roll.  It’s the kind of working life we want to be living.  If that sounds like the an attitude you’d like to have supporting you, let’s see if we can make the logistics work for you too.

the logistics

Locations

We usually run these sessions online, unless you’re in London, UK – in which case you have the option to get everyone together for an in-situ event.  (In-situ events are always better than online.)

If it will work better for you, some people can always dial in to an in-situ event.

Group size

Unsurprisingly, our work can have the greatest impact on larger organisations, so we like to work with a minimum team size of four.  And to keep the session manageable, we like to keep to an upper limit of 12 participants.  These can be folk from HR, L&D and IC (and if you can get a Finance bod in the room, so much the better).
