- Make it irresistible to your key decision makers (those you have today, and any who may show up in the future)
- Make it comprehensive, so everyone is set up to win
- Define all the resources needed to make it work
- Secure those resources and keep/update them as things change
You and your IC team will come away with a to-do list of practical action points. And, together you’ll be able to take an informed decision about how you’d like to implement them.
The logistics
Timings
It’s a big topic, and the content takes 90 minutes to cover. But you may find it useful to allow an extra 30 minutes for everyone’s input and questions.

We usually run them online, unless you’re in London, UK – in which case you have the option to get everyone together for an in-situ event.
