A full day of serious pampering – for your own career, and that of your team…  

…that can also invogorate your organisation.  This hugely nurturing day will show you how to enable:

  1. everyone you work with, and all your key decision-makers, to have justifiable confidence in your team’s working practices – and any IC practices you may recommend other people follow.  This means you get your own way, all the time (or discover ways to improve).  
  2. all employees to have justifiable confidence in their own ability to apply your recommended working practices, so everyone can have justifiable confidence in the quality of everybody else’s IC. 
  3. the people responsible for other working practices – eg Reward & Recognition, IT system design, etc – to successfully adopt the ‘justifiable confidence’ approach to reconfigure those practices.  (Successful adoption is only possible when everyone has justifiable confidence in the IC practices which suffuse those other practices.)  That way, everyone – both inside and outside your organisation – can share justifiable confidence in everything it’s doing.

By this end of the spa day, you’ll have a costed* plan for that first step, and a provisional business case to take to your key decision-maker(s). 

* occasionally some of the numbers, for some of what you need, may not be immediately available.  But you should know most of the investments you’ll be looking for, and be clear about what you’ll need to add.

In the spa day…

…you and your ‘team will experience four 90 minute ‘career treatments’.  If we’re running this day in person, we would complete them in a single day.  If we’re running it online, we would split the treatments over at least two days (coz no one can realistically handle six hours of online nurturing in one lump).

Let’s show you how this day works, and what’s in it for you:

Treatment 1 – A ‘deep cleanse’: where are you now, and where do you want to get to?

We’ll tease out all those toxic niggles and frustrations that are holding back you and your team.  And you’ll be able to take a good look in the mirror, and identify your unfulfilled aspirations; all those “If only’s”.  We’ll also sweat out the negative business impact these challenges are having.

Once you’ve got all this gunky stuff out in the open, you and your team can start having some fun, by flipping it all on its head, and spelling out your ideal working scenarios.

Treatment 2 – Self-esteem makeover: re-evaluating what you’re really worth

It’s unrealistic to think you can to click your fingers, and suddenly everyone will have Shared Justifiable Confidence in everything you and your team are doing.  That kind of transformation will almost certainly take an investment of time, money and effort.  And if you’re going to get your key decision maker(s) to back you, they’re going to want to ‘show them the money’.

So this treatment includes a super-supportive tool called REALISE, to help you look with fresh eyes at your true untapped value.  And the really cool part is that it’s OK if numbers normally make you feel uncomfortable.  REALISE takes all the stress out of number crunching.  You can pretty much lie back and let it give you an irresistible business case.  It’s a piece of cake.  (With a cup of tea, if you like.)

Treatment 3 – Total indulgence: picking out everything you want and need, to live your dream

Now you know you’re worth a fortune (coz the that’s what Treatment 2 always reveals) it’s time to map out everything that you want and need to live the dream you came up with during Treatment 1. 

We call this treatment Total Indulgence because you also get to dream on behalf of everyone you work with.  What will your clients need?  Your leaders?  Approval Group Members?

Remember, for Justifiable Confidence to be shareable, everyone who needs to share in it will have to have their needs taken care of too. 

For this treatment, we use another fun tool, called The Wish List Builder.  It makes it super-easy for you to pick out everything everyone’s going to need.  (And it’s kinda fun to play with too.)

Treatment 4 – Take-away goody bag: empowering your key decision-makers

Once you’ve picked out all the goodies you’ll need (not just for yourself and your team, but everyone you work with) we’ll help you to start putting some numbers on those investments.  The Wish List Builder enables you to put these figures together, and marry them up with your untapped value (which you’ll have brought with you from Treatment 2). 

It means you can gift your key decision-maker(s) with a clear sight of the ROI they’ll be able to realise if they support you in making SJC a reality for them, for yourself, your team, and everyone else you work with. 

Inevitably this ROI figure will be provisional, but may be enough to get you everything you require.  If not, it should certainly be enough to justify the further research needed to make the ROI figures truly robust.
